• Restaurant Owners & Staff: Account registration data including name, email address, mobile phone number, restaurant name, UPI VPA ID, and billing details.
• Diners (Restaurant Customers): When placing table orders, customer name and phone number (if provided for order updates/leads), table number, ordered dishes, and payment reference numbers (UPI UTR / Cash).

2. How We Keep Your Session & Order Cart Active

MealQR uses strictly essential website security and temporary session tools. We do NOT use invasive advertising cookies, third-party tracking scripts, or data-selling trackers.

• Secure Account Login: Keeps restaurant owners and managers safely logged into their dashboard without requiring you to re-type your password on every page.
• Form & Payment Security Guard: Protects all order forms and payment submissions against malicious web tampering and fake automated bot traffic.
• Temporary Table Order Memory: Temporarily saves food items in your customer's mobile browser cart so dishes aren't lost while browsing the menu before sending the order to the kitchen.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process and route real-time table orders from customer phones to kitchen displays and POS billing counters.
• To send account activation links, welcome greetings, and subscription billing receipts.
• To enable phone call verification by our team before activating trial accounts.

4. Data Protection & Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade personal data or customer leads to third-party advertisers. Data is stored securely on encrypted server infrastructure and shared only with integrated payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay) to complete transactions.

5. Your Rights, Data Inquiries & Jurisdiction

Restaurant owners can review, update, or request deletion of their account data at any time by contacting our support team. All legal notices and privacy inquiries are handled under Indian jurisdiction at the Head Office in Kushinagar, UP (Kushinagar Court).
