Welcome to MealQR ("Platform"), owned and operated by BalajiAILab. By subscribing to or using MealQR restaurant services, digital QR menus, or POS billing software, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

1. Restaurant Account & Free Trial

15-Day Free Trial: New restaurant registrations receive a 15-day free trial. Account activation requires valid phone call verification by our team.
Account Security: Restaurant owners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and staff access pins.

2. Subscription Plans & Billing

MealQR offers monthly and annual MealQR subscription plans (Basic QR, POS Billing Counter, and Restaurant OS).
Subscriptions must be paid prior to expiration to maintain active table QR ordering pages and POS billing counter access.
If a subscription lapses without renewal, account access may be temporarily suspended until payment is settled.

3. Restaurant Responsibilities

Restaurants using MealQR are responsible for accurate menu pricing, food quality, GST compliance, and direct fulfillment of table orders placed by diners.

4. Service Availability & Technical Support

MealQR strives for 99.9% platform availability. Our technical team provides on-ground and remote assistance for menu setup, QR standee printing, POS counter billing, and thermal printer configuration across Kushinagar, Gorakhpur, Deoria, Basti, and Maharajganj.

5. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute, controversy, or legal claim arising out of or relating to MealQR software, digital QR menus, or POS billing services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The Head Office of MealQR (BalajiAILab) is situated in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. Any legal proceedings, lawsuits, arbitration, or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh (Kushinagar Court).
